Job Description
Children's Home Healthcare is seeking a RN/LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide compassionate care to medically-complex children. The role involves assisting with patient treatment and rehabilitation, participating in assessment planning, and coordinating care with other agencies and physician offices.
Requirements
- Valid/Current Nursing License
- Valid/Current CPR Card for Healthcare Workers
- Flexible schedule and willingness to fill in when needed
- Self motivator and require little supervision
- Current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to lift and transfer patients
