Clinician (Unlicensed) - Lewis County

The Clinician is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services to clients and their families, including individual, family, group therapies, crisis intervention, advocacy, assessment, planning, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Requirements

• Valid NYS driver's license
• Licensure by the New York State Department of Education as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-R) or Licensed Psychologist
• Maintain privacy of confidential information
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Effective and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and ability to be clear, courteous, and professional
• Adaptability in response to change and effectively manage additional responsibilities
• Clinical supervision and CEU trainings
• Corporate Compliance, HIPAA Privacy Security, and Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Training and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, First Aid and CPR
• Compliance with OMH MHOTRS regulations
