Childcare Teacher Assistant (PRN - Flexible)

We are looking for a caring and energetic member to join ChildServe as a Childcare Teacher Assistant, contributing to a positive and nurturing environment for children between 6 weeks and 6 years old.

Requirements

• Provide routine care for infants and children, including diapering/personal cares, hygiene support, hand washing, and serving meals and snacks.
• Maintain a safe environment through constant supervision, adherence to staff/child ratios, accurate name-to-face attendance, and consistent assessment of children’s general health with timely reporting of concerns.
• Support a clean, organized, and structured environment—indoors and outdoors—by following Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to families and complete all required documentation accurately and within established deadlines.
• Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and participating in required training sessions, staff meetings, and annual professional development.
