Requirements

• Provide care and assist with treatment services outlined in each child’s individualized care plan
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses and therapists to promote each child’s development and skill retention
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, families, schools, and team members to ensure continuity of care
