Job Description
We’re hiring a Director, Organic Growth & Growth Content to lead and scale Chime’s organic growth engine across SEO, AEO, YouTube, and owned content surfaces.
Requirements
- 10+ years in organic growth, SEO, content strategy, or related fields, preferably in-house direct at a brand vs agency
- Deep expertise in modern search ecosystems (SEO, AEO, AI Search, YouTube, App stores)
- Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel content programs tied to business impact
- Experience owning both strategy and performance outcomes
- Strong cross-functional leadership across PMM, Brand, Lifecycle, Paid, and MarTech/Web
- Experience building AI-powered SEO/AEO workflows and content systems
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, experimentation, and technical SEO
