Finance Associate

We’re seeking a Finance Associate to support the Payments function at Chime! In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring forecasting accuracy while driving forward high-impact strategic and financial initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Finance/FP&A, investment banking, Big 4 accounting/advisory, or consulting experience
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant field
• Track record of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong process-improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation to scale finance workflows and improve forecasting precision and turnaround time
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
