Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Chime is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead the development of their offensive security program, identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, conducting red team engagements, and leveraging expertise in web application and infrastructure security. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cybersecurity and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of combined experience in either an offensive security, red teaming, or application security role.
• Experience conducting surreptitious cloud-based attacks.
• Ability to perform unsupervised red team engagements and perform adversarial simulations.
• Understanding of vulnerability analysis and exploitation techniques.
• Ability to explain vulnerabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
