Job Description
Chime is a financial technology company seeking a Staff Data Analyst to lead critical forecasting and performance insights for its core growth and revenue drivers. The successful candidate will set the strategy and operating model for forecasting across key metrics, drive scenario planning, and elevate how Chime measures and communicates performance and unit economics.
Requirements
- 8-10 years in strategic finance, forecasting/FP&A, finance analytics, or a similarly analytical finance role
- Track record of leading complex forecasting and planning workstreams
- Deep fluency in financial metrics, unit economics, and performance measurement
- Strong modeling and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership
