Associate

Join us to build a leading financial company in Asia! We are seeking an Associate to perform various tasks related to trade processing, reconciliation, and maintenance of back office systems.

Requirements

• Upload / Process of trades after market closed (all markets)
• Resolve trade issues before exchanges cut-off time
• Perform trade amendment
• Maintain brokerage / commission rate setup in back office system
• Maintain instrument data in back office system
• Trades reconciliation
• Liaising with foreign brokers for trade related matters
• Posting of journal entries into the back office system
• Involve in BCP, PPM Update & BackOffice related system projects
• Back up evening shift in Futures Team
• Handle daily customers’ funds movements
• Retrieve trade files from various exchanges (SGX, JPX, and HKFE), upload and process in CTMS system
• Perform close out in CTMS and in exchange’s platform.
• Submit position reporting to SGX before 10am on next business day
