Job Description
Chinese Mutual Aid Association (CMAA) is seeking ambitious and detail-oriented Receptionists to assist with client interactions, daily operations, administrative tasks, and internal audits. The role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, providing administrative support, and maintaining office supplies. CMAA offers opportunities for growth and community involvement.
Requirements
- Greets and directs clients to appropriate programs/staff members
- Manages the daily sign-in logs
- Answers incoming calls and directs to appropriate programs/staff members
- Data entry for different departments
- Maintains and monitors office/janitorial supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
- High school diploma preferred
