Chinese Mutual Aid Association Inc is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Chicago’s diverse immigrant and refugee communities. It offers after‑school, summer camp, and mentoring programs for youth, as well as case management, ESL education, and job preparation services for adults.

Finance Director
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5-7 years of experience
Caseworker
Bachelor’s degree in social work, experience in social services, and bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
Program Coordinator: In-Home Services (Preferably Bilingual English/Spanish and English/Laotian)
Bachelor's degree required, proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office (Excel preferred). Bilingual in English & Asian language (Lao, Thai, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Burmese) is strongly preferred. Experience with immigrant/refugee communities is a plus
Employment Counselor
Bachelor's degree, experience in social services, and bi-lingual skills are preferred
Receptionist
High school diploma preferred. Knowledge of administrative & clerical procedures is required. Bilingual (Cantonese/Mandarin & English) is a plus
Paralegal Intern
Must be enrolled in a paralegal program or recently graduate. Strong research & writing skills. Interest in immigration law & diverse communities
SBDC Business Advisor
Bachelor's degree in business/economics/accounting. Experience in business management/financial analysis is preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills
Chinese Mutual Aid Association Intern
Internships for school credit or work experience. Seeking student interest in the company and client interaction
Staff Nurse
RN/LPN license required in Illinois. Bilingual Lao/Spanish preferred. Passion for working with geriatric patients
