Job Description
Chinese Mutual Aid Association (CMAA) is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support their in-home services program in Elgin, IL and surrounding counties. The role involves administrative support for clients, managing scheduling, conducting visits, communicating with HCA and home care aides, and assisting with training. CMAA is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting immigrant and refugee communities in Illinois.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong knowledge of multiple Google platforms and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Working knowledge of technological equipment and software
- Bilingual in English and an Asian language (Chinese, Vietnamese) or Spanish
- Experience working with immigrant and refugee communities
