Responsible for the daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets ensuring service and products are to Chinook Winds standards.

• Manage daily operations of Food and Beverage outlets
• Manage employees during the shift
• Ensure compliance with Chinook Winds policies and procedures
• Resolve guest complaints
• Assign duties and responsibilities to employees
• Recommend measures for improving work procedures
• Complete month-end inventories
• Maintain a teamwork environment
