Table Games Supervisor

Responsible for the supervision of table games operations, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Ensures customer satisfaction, protects assets, and handles personnel issues. Develops teamwork environment and monitors staff performance.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in gaming operations
• One year of supervisory experience
• Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
• Must obtain games certifications for all table games, excluding craps
• Certification in craps preferred
