At Chip, we are building several customer-facing and internal AI-native products to help us deliver innovative and personalized experiences to our customers and improve internal processes and ways of working. We are looking for an AI Product Manager to help us deliver on this ambition. The role will involve shaping and executing our AI roadmap, contributing to AI strategy, leading new AI features from discovery through beta, controlled rollout, and full production release, and defining success metrics for AI systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management
- Meaningful experience working on AI/ML-powered products
- Experience shipping AI features into live customer environments
- Experience working closely with engineers and data teams on technically complex initiatives
- Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI fundamentals
- Model evaluation and performance monitoring
- Data pipelines and APIs
- Core AI risks (hallucination, bias, drift)
- Able to confidently discuss architecture and trade-offs with engineers
- Strong discovery and problem-framing skills
- Comfortable working in zero-to-one environments
- Able to break complex initiatives down into deliverable and testable slices
- Clear prioritization in ambiguous environments
- Strong critical thinker who challenges assumptions constructively
- Self-starter with high ownership and follow-through
- Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable operating with autonomy while aligning closely with senior leadership
