We’re looking for a Product Manager who sweats the details, takes real ownership, and knows how to get things done. Someone who cares deeply about building great products in the investing and pensions space, and understands the responsibility that comes with it.
Requirements
- Strong passion for Product: 2 years + of product experience
- Experience working in a startup/ scaleup environment is a bonus
- Passion about the wealth space: keeping up to date on what’s happening in the finance/ fintech space, and having a big-picture understanding of the investments and pension market
- Strong UX skills and instincts: experience working on consumer-facing mobile-first products
- Effective communicator: experience making decisions and communicating this to leadership and the team around you
- Data-driven: caring deeply about the numbers and using them to spot problems, and opportunities and shape solutions
- Commercially astute: understanding how our business model works and keeping revenue, costs and profit at the forefront of your mind
