Job Description
The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all aspects of CHIRLA’s accounting functions. The ideal candidate will manage the financial compliance of both 501 c3 and 501 c4 organizations transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
- At least five years’ experience in nonprofit finance with significant grant reporting and cash flow/structural turnaround experience.
- At least three years’ supervisory experience.
- CPA Certification, highly preferred
- Project, team, or organizational management experience is a plus.
- Understanding fundraising through foundations and individual donors.
