Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of connector design experience
• 3+ years of automotive connector experience
• Knowledge of contact physics, material, finishes
• Familiarity with connector manufacturing process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team-oriented and interpersonal skills
