This is a Contract Position for 12 months via 3rd Party. The Senior Analyst will manage procurement activities, conduct market surveys, develop contracting strategies, and administer post-award issues. The role requires strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills, as well as knowledge of commercial practices, contract law, and international trade practices.
Requirements
- Conduct market survey to ascertain current market condition and establish benchmarking on the availability of resources.
- Develop contracting strategies, evaluation criteria and tender packages for materials and services with users to meet Company requirements.
- Conduct bid evaluation, facilitate technical clarifications and conclude award recommendation within target schedule to avoid disruption to Company’s activities.
- Administer post-award related issues i.e. change orders, contract extension and request for additional ACV (Approved Contract Value) to ensure continuity of services.
- Support any procurement initiatives including e.g. process improvement and digitalization.
- Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in compliance to PSC, JOCA, JOA and Company’s procurement procedures.
