Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients related to transaction processing, online banking access, loan payments, and deposit account functionality. The role involves cash handling, balance, and daily routine tasks, as well as following bank procedures and regulations. The CSS will also maintain a working knowledge of Choice Bank's systems, products, services, policies, and procedures to recommend products or services to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
