The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the housekeeping department, ensuring operational and safety procedures are followed, and providing leadership and training to employees.
Requirements
- Minimum one year in a supervisory or management housekeeping position required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork.
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking skills, problem solver
