Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for inspecting and assisting with cleaning guest rooms, supervising employees, and maintaining a positive work environment. They must also ensure operational and safety procedures are followed and communicate effectively as a team player.

Requirements

• Minimum one year in a supervisory or management housekeeping position required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong organizational skills, critical thinking skills, problem solver
• Able to work a variable schedule
• Operating Systems experience with Opera
