Night Audit Representative

Choice Hotels International is seeking a Night Audit Representative to provide superior guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year of hotel front desk experience and possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Experience in Opera system preferred
• Proficient in math with ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key calculator
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Works well independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel
• Must be available to work over night
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including, holidays, and weekends
