Manager, Enterprise Data Solutions

We are looking for a Manager, Enterprise Data Solutions to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, data governance, and management of technical roles. They will lead the design, development, and delivery of data and reporting solutions, and manage data solutions as enterprise products.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education with minimum 5 years' experience in Data and Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, and at least 2+ years in managing technical roles.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Power BI experience designing and delivering Business Intelligence solutions, including Power BI, semantic models, dashboards, and enterprise reporting.
• Demonstrated understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, including Star Schema, facts, dimensions, and KPI design for analytics use cases.
• Proven experience implementing data governance concepts such as data quality, metadata management, lineage, and stewardship.
• Comprehensive understanding of data governance, data privacy, security, and data platform concepts with exposure to data cataloging, data quality, or data governance tools.
