The Product Planning Manager will develop and execute Group Product strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand presence in the markets. They will be responsible for strategic planning, market analysis, product development, and commercial management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Merchandising or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in the jewellery, or accessories industry.
- Familiar with Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and SEA market is a plus.
- Direct experience in bringing jewellery collections from concept to market is essential.
- Proficiency in creating and managing line plans, budgets, and sales forecasts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market reports.
- Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software and Power BI is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex timelines under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot development, production, or costing issues proactively.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
