Senior Manager, Group Store Visual Presentation

We're seeking a talented and experienced retail display designer to join our retail store design team. As a visual designer lead, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging in-store displays that showcase our brand's products and aesthetic.

Requirements

• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Product Design or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Visual Design, VM or design related roles.
• Proven experience in retail visual windows, store merchandising or retail design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and visual merchandising expertise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale retail or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of retail industry trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in design software and tools.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (preferred)
