We are seeking a Grievance & Appeals Coordinator I to manage, coordinate, and resolve member and provider complaints, grievances, and appeals. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1+ year of operational experience in a managed healthcare environment, and experience with Medicaid and Medicare programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of operational experience in a managed healthcare environment
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare programs
- Prior experience working with grievance/appeal resolution
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coursework (preferred)
- Ability to communicate with and collaborate effectively with physicians and allied healthcare providers
