Job Description
Community Support Worker role at Community Support for Families in Willimantic, CT. Supports families with basic needs, behavioral health, substance abuse, and linkage to community services. Collaborates with clients, DCF, hospitals, and community-based services. Autonomy and team solidarity, mileage reimbursement, and a company vehicle available.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services related field (or associate's degree plus two years' experience, or high school diploma with 4 years' experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health related setting
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
