Job Description
Recovery Support Specialist: Assertive Community Treatment (ACTT) position available in Manchester, CT. Work in a community-based setting, supporting clients with serious persistent mental illness or dual diagnosis. Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans, conduct skills teaching, and provide crisis intervention. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or HS +4 years, 2+ years of experience working with identified populations, and certification as a Certified Peer Support & Recovery Specialist (CPSRP).
