Job Description
As a Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will promote the continued growth of our agency and provide the foundation for a successful career within the insurance industry. You will learn valuable communication and persuasion skills, and have the opportunity to advance to various positions within our team within 3-6 months depending on performance and ability to get licensed.
Requirements
- Make 100 outbound calls daily to prospective customers to promote State Farm Insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify a minimum of 3 leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
- Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
- Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
