Job Description
The Accounting Assistant role helps strengthen church ministries by providing accurate, timely financial information through consistent accounting policies and practices.
Requirements
- Assist with the Accounts Payable process
- Assist with the monthly processing of the church credit cards
- Assist with the annual and monthly budgeting and reporting process
- Assist with the recording of donations and fees into Rock, the church management system
- Assist the Payroll Coordinator with various bi-weekly and monthly payroll reporting processes
