Discipleship Coordinator

Christ Covenant Church is seeking a Discipleship Coordinator to provide administrative and ministry support to the Discipleship Pastor and Groups Pastor in carrying out the mission of spiritual formation at the church. The role will support the church's discipleship initiatives by coordinating groups, and cohorts, ensuring that systems, communication, and events run smoothly and with excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in church or ministry administration, group coordination, or discipleship leadership
• Strong organization, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
