Kids Dream Team & Midweek Discipleship Coordinator

The Kids Dream Team & Midweek Discipleship Coordinator supports the Kids Ministry by ensuring the effective implementation of the volunteer onboarding process and Kids midweek programming at the Christ Fellowship Español Campus.

Requirements

• Driving the volunteer onboarding process
• Coordinating and implementing volunteer recruiting training and appreciation strategies
• Supporting Area Coordinators in building their Dream Teams
• Overseeing midweek Kids discipleship initiatives
• Supporting the supervision of midweek programming
• Ensuring families experience a midweek ministry full of faith, family, and fun!
• Providing vision, oversight, and accountability to midweek staff and Dream Team
• Fulfilling administrative duties
• Assisting in the planning and execution of Kids ministry events
• Attending weekly staff meetings and department meetings
