Adult High School Instructional Coach

Christel House Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Adult High School Instructional Coach to facilitate the intellectual and professional development of teachers, improve student achievement, and provide individualized coaching and support to instructional staff. The role involves developing educational strategies, communicating research-based instructional practices, and analyzing student assessment data. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in education, an Indiana Teaching License, and experience working with high school level curriculum and standards.
