The Production Scheduler is responsible for scheduling finished goods, individual components, and outside processing to support production in a high-volume high-mix machine shop environment.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
- Basic understanding of a Manufacturing environment and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Scheduling of finished goods, pieces parts, and outside processes
- Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis and resolve critical path
- Utilize metrics to report to leadership and track success
- Participate in the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process
