Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Division of Exercise Science, Sports & Recreation (ESSR), supporting the Chair and faculty in administrative operations, function, and procedures. The role involves providing a welcoming presence, assisting with travel plans, unit budget reporting, and coordinating events, among other responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience in a related field
- Administrative experience in an academic setting (preferred)
- Member of a local evangelical Christian church
