The Associate Professor of Speech-Language Pathology position at Oklahoma Baptist University involves teaching, advising, service, and scholarship. Requirements
- Terminal academic doctorate (PhD or EdD) from a regionally accredited institution
- Experience in higher education, specifically developing and teaching asynchronous and/or synchronous online graduate or undergraduate courses
- Evidence of innovation, organization, leadership, and excellence in hybrid or online instruction at the university level
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate professionally and collegially with colleagues within the program and across the institution
- Strong interpersonal skills for mentoring and advising undergraduate and graduate students
- Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oklahoma
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active in professional activities at local, state, and/or national levels
