The Director of Human Resources will oversee the HR department, staff, and office, managing application, hiring, transfers, and disciplinary processes. They will administer payroll and benefits, maintain employee files, and ensure staff are well-trained, motivated, and productive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business management/administration
• HR certifications required, two years of experience as an HR specialist preferred
• Strong personal relationship with Christ
• Strong leadership ability
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software programs
