Job Description
Director of Student Ministries for Hephatha Lutheran Church and School, overseeing Student Ministries and Youth Ministry. Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive program for Christian discipleship, including collaborating with parents, developing and overseeing ministry and outreach for children and youth, and recruiting, training, and deploying volunteer leaders.
Requirements
- Experience serving as a director of youth ministry
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
