Fellowship of Montgomery is seeking a full-time Kids Minister to lead children to grow in the faith, connect with others, and serve the community. The ideal candidate is passionate about kids ministry and has a heart for Jesus and families.
Requirements
- Have a heart for Jesus, children, families, and volunteers
- Lead children and their families to follow Jesus
- Supervise paid staff and volunteers
- Create systems and events to thank and appreciate volunteers
- Build relationships with families, volunteers, and the community
- Provide quality communication and timely information
- Maintain accurate attendance records
- Take responsibility for improving the Kids Ministry throughout the year
