The Outdoor Education Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of the Outdoor Education program, including building STEM curriculum, recruiting schools, and managing guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, a passion for the outdoors and STEM, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a Christ-like attitude
- Gather information and determine needs of all groups to create exceptional Outdoor Education experiences
- Supervise communication with group leaders and staff
- Manage all administrative tasks for Outdoor Education groups
- Facilitate all aspects of tours for prospective OE guests
- Create awareness of the OE program through local and regional travel
- Partner strategically with marketing and sales staff
- Demonstrate STEM knowledge and experience while teaching the OE curriculum
- Manage all aspects of quality control during the Outdoor Education season
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of all group information in Salesforce
- Develop systems and processes to aid guest experiences
- Manage budget to meet program goals
- Communicate internal needs to necessary staff
