Baldwinsville Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Head Administrator to provide spiritual, academic, and operational leadership for our K–12 school.
Requirements
- A born-again believer in Jesus Christ with an active, growing personal faith and consistent Christian testimony
- Full agreement with the doctrinal statement and educational philosophy of Baldwinsville Christian Academy and Faith Baptist Church and a commitment to Christian education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in educational leadership and staff management (principal, administrator, or similar role preferred)
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, church members, and board members
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of K–12 curriculum, instructional best practices, and student development
- Meaningly involved in a local Bible-believing church
- A humble servant-leader who leads by example with wisdom and integrity and reflects the character of Christ
- A heart for children, families, and the ministry of Christian education
- Vision for growth and long-term sustainability of the school
- Resilience, flexibility, and a positive attitude in navigating the unique challenges of Christian school leadership
