Job Description
Teach teens and young adults, preach from the pulpit, and develop ministry programs for youth and young adults.
Requirements
- Maintain one's spiritual life and reputation through prayer, bible reading and fellowship
- Prepare & deliver lessons for 2 weekday meetings and for Sunday
- Teach and preach to inspire godliness and biblical knowledge
- Biblical counseling as needed to the youth to provide support and guidance
- Develop ministry programs for youth and young adults that will motivate them to be involved
- Organize regular events such as Bible studies, outreach, social gatherings and retreats
- Maintain accurate records of financial spending, participation and progress of youth
- Communicate with the church leadership and parents to maintain church growth and vision
