We are seeking a passionate, Spirit-led youth minister to help build a small youth group into a thriving, Christ-centered youth program. The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Jesus Christ with a clear calling to youth ministry.
Requirements
- Commitment to discipling youth
- Creative and energetic with a vision for building and growing a ministry
- Strong communication and relational leadership skills
- Aligned with the beliefs and practices of a Church of Christ congregation
- Knowledgeable about best teaching practices, neurodivergence, and the unique needs of middle schoolers and high schoolers
