Requirements

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to AV and cinema systems
• Performing emergency repairs, planned maintenance, installations, and decommissioning of AV and cinema systems
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site or remotely
• Providing product and technical system training to customers
• Maintaining accurate records of consumption and inventory cycle counts
