Machinist 1st shift

Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company looking for a Machinist to operate and program computer numerically controlled (CNC) and manual machinery to produce and repair high-quality, precision parts. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience with equipment such as CNC 3-axis, 5-axis, machining, grinding, milling, surface grinding, creep feed grinding
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical documents, and work instructions
• Intermediate mathematical skills for measurement, testing, and problem-solving
• Solid critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
• Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring work is consistently precise
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
