CHRONEXT is a leading e-commerce platform for luxury watches, redefining how they are bought and sold. They are seeking a Director Workshop (m/f/d) to lead their service center in Cologne, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction. The role involves coaching a team, analyzing key figures, and collaborating with leadership to expand their global presence and redefine the world of luxury watches.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a watchmaker or a completed business degree or a comparable commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of watchmaking
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a watchmaker
• Sound technical understanding
• Careful, precise, and independent working style
• Confident communication in German and English (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail, skillful handling, and a fine sense of aesthetics
• Reliable and enjoy team work
• Identification with business values: ambitious, empathetic, committed, high service orientation, attentive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in leading teams (ideally interdisciplinary teams)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision NAV)
• Strong interest in process development and improvement
