Job Description
The Assistant Medical Coordinator will assist with reviewing medical appointment documentation, updating medical histories, and setting up appointments, as well as other medical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, OSHA, Human Rights, ANEM, SOAR trainings and any other required training.
- Pass Criminal History Check
- Meet Chrysalis company and person driving policy requirements and maintain eligible driving status
- Maintain a valid driver's license, must be at least 21 years of age
- 2 years experience in the field of human services
- High School diploma or GED
