Job Description
Chrysalis of Carson, Nevada is seeking a full-time Residential Care Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities to lead self-directed, meaningful lives. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operation of the residential program, supervising staff, and ensuring quality care for clients.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in the disability field
- Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form
