Job Description
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician - Internal or Family Medicine to provide full scope of primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and health maintenance for patients. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience and be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

- 2+ years outpatient primary care experience required
